Receiving time of mainland warehouse: 9:00-18:00 every day; Except for the Spring Festival
Customer service consultation time: 9:00-22:00 every day; Except for the Spring Festival
Deadline: no departure on Saturday; Orders are cut off at 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and Sunday; Holiday notice
Storage time: 365 days for free storage; Overdue items are treated as abandoned items
Freight payment: deliver goods after paying freight; Recommend using Taobao shop to pay (no handling charge)
What commodities can be transported: ordinary daily necessities, large furniture, fitness equipment, large quantities of factory goods; At the same time, it can collect and transport glass, ceramics, marble, food, liquid, powder, plants, cosmetics and other sensitive goods; There are no limits on the size, weight, shopping mall and quantity of container transportation
Charge for sensitive goods: the total charged weight of food, liquid, powder, plant and cosmetics exceeds 10kg, and the additional charge is RMB 5 / kg; No more than 10kg, charge according to normal price
Frozen products Express Line: today's invention to; Deliver today and deliver tomorrow; Please consult customer service before placing an order
Delivery time limit: after the goods arrive at the warehouse in Hong Kong; The delivery time limit is 1-2 working days (except for remote areas and special circumstances)
Abnormal sign in: please contact customer service within 24 hours in case of missing, wrong damaged parts; Overtime not accepted
About compensation: if the goods are lost damaged (except fragile goods); The maximum compensation for three times of the freight of the goods insurance shall not exceed RMB 1000
